Big Canoe Deliveries

Due to the location of some recipients, there may be a minimum order total required for delivery. For example, our total minimum to the Big Canoe community is $85, and the Bent Tree community order minimum is $75.

If your order total is below the minimum for a certain area, you will be contacted with the needed change information, and at that time you can approve the change or cancel the order.

Additionally, orders to the Big Canoe community will be delivered to the Big Canoe Fitness Center and the recipient will be called to pick up there. This is the policy with Big Canoe due to many high-density mountainous areas.

Same-Day Delivery & Substitution Policy

We will try our best to deliver same day orders that are placed for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday if received by 1 pm. Occasionally, we are unable to complete same day orders due to current order volume, and you will be contacted if that circumstance occurs.

There are many times certain flowers or containers are not in stock and substitutes must be made. All substitutions will result in an arrangement of the same or greater value of the order placed.
